Fusion turns duplicate pets into one pet of the next rarity. The official description says you fuse. It does not print the batch size.
Reported batches
Community pages line up this way:
- 5 Common make 1 Uncommon
- 5 Uncommon make 1 Rare
- 5 Rare make 1 Epic
- 5 Epic make 1 Legendary
- 5 Legendary make 1 Prodigious
- 3 of the same Prodigious make 1 Ascended
- 3 of the same Ascended make 1 Mythical
A September 8, 2026 fusion note says five is commonly reported and is not an official number. Open the fusion preview before you confirm. If the preview asks for a different count, follow the preview. The calculator on this site defaults to 5 for that reason and tells you to type 3 for the last two steps.
What you keep
Community pages say a Shiny, Metallic, Giant, or Shiny Giant that you fuse or lose on rebirth becomes a skin. The next time you obtain that pet type, the skin applies again. Do not read that as a promise that the stat stick stays in your team during the reset. The skin is the part those pages say survives.
Community base damage by rarity is Common 10, Uncommon 20, Rare 30, Epic 40, Legendary 50, Prodigious 60, Ascended 70, and Mythical 80. The same chart's Shiny column is an 80 percent increase: 18, 36, 54, 72, 90, 108, 126, and 144. Metallic, Giant, and Shiny Giant multipliers are a separate chart, posted in the Meadow by community guides. One worked example says a Mythical titanium form is 2,000 damage, a Giant multiplies the strongest Metallic by 60 for 120,000, and a Shiny Giant multiplies it by 200 for 400,000. Use the in-game chart if any cell differs.
Fuse only duplicates. Keep a copy you still need for a quest or an index discovery if the preview would consume your last one and you cannot replace it yet.
